1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing this site or subscribing to the brisk4 platform, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. The service

brisk4 is an omnichannel customer service, automation, AI and data platform integrated with the WhatsApp Business API. We may evolve, add or discontinue features over time, always aiming to improve the service.

3. Registration and account

Using the platform may require creating an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided, for safeguarding your access credentials and for all activity carried out under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use brisk4 for unlawful purposes, spam, infringement of third-party rights or violation of Meta's policies and WhatsApp Business rules. Misuse may lead to account suspension.

5. Intellectual property

The platform, the brisk4 brand and all site content belong to brisk4 or its licensors. The data and content you enter into the platform remain yours.

6. Plans, payment and cancellation

Commercial terms (plans, prices and billing cycle) are defined at subscription. There is no forced lock-in: you may request cancellation as agreed, and we make your data available for export where applicable.

7. Availability and liability

We make efforts to keep the service available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, brisk4 is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.

8. Changes, governing law and contact
