BRISK4 TECNOLOGIA LTDA, enrolled under CNPJ 54.254.885/0001-84 ("brisk4", "we"), is the controller of the personal data processed on this site and the brisk4 platform. This Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it and your rights as a data subject under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13.709/2018).

2. Data we collect

We collect the data you provide when requesting an assessment or contacting us (name, company, e-mail and WhatsApp number); site usage data (pages visited, source, device data and cookies); and the content of support conversations when you use our channels, including WhatsApp Business.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process your data to respond to requests and provide the service (performance of a contract or preliminary steps), send relevant communications (legitimate interest or consent), comply with legal obligations and improve the platform. You may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We may share it with providers that support our operations (hosting, communication and automation), with Meta Platforms to enable the WhatsApp Business API, and with authorities when required by law. All processors are bound by security and confidentiality obligations.
